Bring enough of your cat's regular food to last the entire boarding period. This helps maintain their diet and prevents digestive issues. Include some of their favorite treats as well.

bring along vaccination card & we will conduct physical examination to ensure their health condition.

Terms & conditions
Customers can make reservations via our website, phone, or in-person. A deposit of 50% of the total boarding fee is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
All cats must be in good health and free from contagious diseases. Cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccinations must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any cat showing signs of illness upon check-in.
Check-in time is between 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM. Check-out time is between 11.00 AM to 5.30 PM. Late check-out will consider as day care and you will be charged for the service.

In case of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and their emergency contact. The customer authorises us to seek medical treatment for their cat if deemed necessary by veterinarian. The customer is responsible for all veterinary fees related to their cat's care.
Cats will be provided with cabin/room, and regular meals. We will follow the feeding schedule and dietary instructions provided by the customer. We will provide litter box maintenance and daily playtime for mental and physical enrichment.
Customers acknowledge that we are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or loss of property related to the cat boarding service.
